For this sound bath journey Ali will be using Tibetan singing bowls, Gongs, crystal singing bowls, crystal harp, crystal pyramids, pipes, bells, drum, and other different sounds. Each sound will take you on a journey to the inner world. The different sound instruments are placed around the group and moved around through the room to intensify the healing process and give you maximum effect.
This is a lying down meditation session. We suggest you bring comfortable clothing, mats and pillows will be provided, and please contact the centre to book first to avoid disappointment.
